I was giving my son a trip to Harrah’s in Laughlin for his birthday. We had two rooms and a single flight. First time Laughlin for him. I Had purchased our trip and at the airport my son got sick and we had to go to urgent care. Harrah’s decided, in spite of my having made many trips through them, that I owed over $600.00. They hired this company to return the money. David Lippman was their representative and I spoke with him asking him to maybe intervene and ask Harrah’s to be compassionate and decrease the amount. They did not. But in my correspondence both verbally and online, David was kind, professional, friendly and overall patient and understanding. Always returned my calls and/or messages. Taking responsibility was easy due to David’s professionalism.

I've worked directly with David Lippman for years and I appreciate his firm and how they handle collection work. This is one of the few collection firms that will seek a fair resolution/settlement based on the individual's circumstances. Other firms use strict percentage guidelines, independent of the debtor's financial situation. Logically, this makes trying to settle a debt pointless. So on a bright note, if you're going to get sued for consumer debt, it might as well be with David's firm. MF

This review is a follow up to a previous review. While I cannot say I had the best interaction with one of their guys, I can say I am impressed by David Lippman. He went out of his way to personally talk to me and try to solve the issue I am having. While I don’t even have a resolution yet, after talking to him I am resting assured he is trying his best to find a resolution for their client but also for myself. I am impressed to see there are still people who care and go the extra mile when they don’t need to just because they know it is the right thing to do.

I just had a nightmare with a property management company that let renters get way behind and didn't notify me, this company went above and beyond helping us. We were totally lost and had no idea what to do. Mr. Lippmann was very professional and knowledgeable, he and his associates handled our problem in a courteous and timely manner, I would recommend them highly.

I had a collection placed with Lippman Recupero. The collection was my responsibility and I wanted to pay it off. I made an agreement with Lippman that as long as I would not miss a payment, the interest would be stopped, so I would only be paying on the principal. A paper was sent to me and in my excitement to get this behind me, I signed and sent back without really reading the details. This was my fault. However there was a mix-up between departments and the interest was not stopped. However, I came into some money and wanted to pay this off early. They negotiated on my behalf to the client and got about $4,000 knocked off the balance if paid in full. After speaking to David Lippman about the mix-up, they did save me money and stayed within the "spirit" of our original agreement. Lippman was very easy to work with. I was surprised to be speaking to David Lippman instead of an underling. He is very down to earth and not intimidating or scary as some collection lawsuits could be. I am glad everything has been resolved. Thank you David and Matthieu for your help.
